sandy's videos

I have videotaped 2 videos in a series for consumers who are in search of a lawyer. I expect this to be completed in four or five segments total. Part I guides you in performing due diligence if you have been referred to a lawyer. I show you how to check him/her out to make sure there are no complaints or actions against said lawyer with the State Bar. Part II will help you find a lawyer using the State Bar web site in any state via local bar associations. Part III, IV and perhaps V will give you an assessment of referral services and how to use them and finally, how to seek out and approach free legal assistance. Again, I have created these videos for anyone in any state. It's up to you to do your research once you have narrowed down your choice and it's not the end-all, be-all in choosing a lawyer. I simply hope to demystify the process, give you options you may not know about and get you on the right track. Remember, don't be intimidated and don't get frustrated if it takes you a while to find the right one. It's worth the effort! Best of luck! Please note: My Youtube Channel is located here

Copied from YouTube: "Marilyn Chinitz, partner at Blank Rome LLP, talks with Bloomberg Law's Spencer Mazyck about representing Tom Cruise in his divorce from Katie Holmes and motivating factors for quick settlements." I have chosen to repost this video for its obvious informative value and most importantly because I love Ms. Chinitz's attitude and spirit.
